How can I place an order with AstroPay?
Step 1 - Setting Up AstroPay Account
- Download the AstroPay App or Visit the Website: Install the AstroPay app from the device's app store or go to the AstroPay website.
- Create an Account: Click on "Sign Up" and provide the necessary details, such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Verify Account: Complete the verification process, which may include email or phone number confirmation.
Step 2 (First Option) - Adding Funds From AstroPay Account
- Log In: Access AstroPay account via the app or website.
- Navigate to Add Funds: Select the option to add money to the account or purchase a virtual prepaid card.
- Choose a Payment Method: Add funds using your preferred method, such as a bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other local payment options.
- Proceed to Checkout: After registering the account on Coinsdrom, the client needs to create a BUY order.
- Enter Payment Details:
- If using an AstroPay Card, enter the card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
- If using the AstroPay wallet, the client will be prompted to log into AstroPay account to authorize the payment.
- Select AstroPay as Payment Method: In the payment options, choose AstroPay.
- Depositing: In the AstroPay integration choose "AstroPay balance" and enter the sum.
Step 2 (Second Option) - Adding Funds From Checkout
- Place an Order: The client needs to place a BUY order and enter payment details.
- Choose AstroPay: Choose AstroPay payment method at checkout.
- Verify Phone Number: In the pop-up window enter your phone number and fill in 6-digits code to link your AstroPay account.
- Top up Balance: Choose Interac payment method and deposit funds from your bank account.
